Payment & Cancellation
Accepted payment methods are via bank transfer.
To secure your booking, a 20% non-refundable deposit of the total price of the invoice is required within 7 days of receiving our confirmation. Payment is required; otherwise, your reservation may be automatically cancelled. Payment of the deposit indicates acceptance if these conditions. Please note all bookings will be secured when 1) the deposit is received 2) the names of each passenger travelling is provided.
Full payment needs to be received at least 60 days prior to your arrival otherwise your booking will be cancelled.
In the event of cancellation; more than 60 days prior to departure, a cancellation fee of 20% of the total invoiced amount will be charged (loss of deposit). For cancellations made after final payment or within 60 – 45 days prior, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total invoiced amount will be charged. For cancellations within 45 days, up to a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
